Cams and tuning ? 2011+

A few questions.

1. Who has the best prices on cams for the coyote platform, custom grind/comps? either one ( pro/con for either?)

2. Who can and has tuned them to get the drivability and the most power out of them?

3. Car will have a plate kit on it 150 shot.

4. Who to the above questions can and has the best e85 tunes for a built 11.5:1 motor with Said cams above 47# injectors, BAP, boss valve springs, nitrous plate kit, boss intake mani, intake, long tubes, full exhaust. Also when a e85 tune is purchased do you also get a 93 pump tune for the instances where E85 is not present?

Cams aren't really proven yet, other than the boss cams. All the big guys run them.

When they added the Cobra Jet intake with IIRC the 65mm Cobra Jet TB they made 501HP & 370 ft/lb.

I haven't seen any cams on the market outside the boss cams with proven results yet (doesnt mean there aren't any, I just haven't seen any). He can and will tune the boss cams...and does a great job at it.

See sig. I got them but the tuner did a crappy job. Hate driving my car ever since.

If I had to do it again I wouldn't buy them.

Maybe would have been a different story if it had been tuned right.

Stay away from Auto Adrenaline Performance in Stafford.

there are pleanty of cars that have the comp stage 3's and are making close to or over 500 rwhp N/A. The boss cams don't need to be tuned really, it would be no different than saying shaun I have a boss and need a tune!!
I do know JPC has custom cams for $890.00 and they are the ones they used to achieve the 507 rwhp N/A car, but they also want $$$ to tune it!
and for the money boss cams cost I would rather do the comp stage 3's..

Doubtful. It's the same as tuning stock cams. But ea set of cams will need a completely different cam tune since the timing events are completely different. You can't just do a remote tune w 10 revisions and think you're going to get it right. Base cam timing takes a while to get right.

That reminds me, Calvert set the A/SA national record at Sacramento Raceway in his 2010 CJ the other day. You know, the track that lying Shaun goes to, and claims the track is longer than a quarter mile so he can't run any better than he does.

I've heard that you can't go 13mm on a stock Coyote head.

You can, just have to clearance the head for them. There is a thread somewhere on here for it.
