Hit the track yesterday. Conditions were good, with the exception of a fairly strong (15 MPH, gusting to 30 MPH) head wind blowing right down the track.
How much does wind effect ET? I'd have to imagine that the head wind dropped a few tenths off of our times yesterday at least.
The car felt great all the way down the track and I had my best 60's ever (mid-1.6s - not bad for 3.31s and a little Novi 1200), but I didn't see the ET gains that I expected vs my previous best times. After analyzing the data logs, all I can figure is the wind hurt it. Thoughts?
