*SOLVED* Emissions Not Ready
Well I'm trying to get my car to pass inspection here in PA again. Last year it passed due to being under 5000 miles but this year, I'm a smidge over and cannot for the life of me get the O2 Heater, Catalyst, Evap, and O2's to set ready. Tried Tillman's Emission Tune and Bama's Emission Tune and nothing. I originally had it tuned on a dyno by CR at Tillman's after my mods. His tuning is awesome, but I can't get his emissions tune to work for me. Drove a combined 800-900 miles between the two of them. Still get the same outcomes. Its an 07 Roush Outlaw Package GT with a manual trans and has a C&L Street Intake, JBA Longtube Headers with High Flow Catted H, Mac Boomtubes, 4.10's, CMCV Delete Plates, Steeda Underdrive Pulleys and a bunch of other suspension mods that shouldn't affect emissions. I have not tried the O2 Non Fouler trick, but I am not getting any CELs anyway. I have AutoEnginuity as well and it shows varying voltage, above and below .45v, at the O2's but I will double check tomorrow. Is there another tune or method I can try? Maybe something I need to look at? This has been driving me insane for the last year trying to set these ready. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
