Okay, I tried searching but didn't come up with anything. Is it normal for the motor to be hot for a couple hours after driving 5 to 10 miles? The temp gauge is always right in the middle, but it just feels really hot all the time. I can feel the heat coming in the inside of the car too. Just curious......

Don't see where it is a stupid question. My other two cars don't do this. But whatever.....

Yes it's normal. Especially in the summer, and especially if it's parked in a garage or somewhere with more stagnant air.

Yesterday I got home from work at about 6:30. After not driving it all evening, at 11 I went out to my garage to swap the pulley on my SC. The head unit and everything in the engine bay was still really hot. Over 4 hours later, it was as if I had just gotten home.

With the hood shut, and no air moving around to help dissipate that heat, it just has nowhere to go. So yes, it's normal.

Normal. I have noticed S197 has some kind of routing for the ductwork (your vents) that increases the heat substantially to the car's interior...sucks in the summer, but handy in the other months.
