Yeah it's in the shop they pulled the panel and going to start replacing it.
The insurance first quoted me to repair it with a refurbished bumper and a used quarter panel. I laughed. The repair is going to be done with new parts only now. Idiots.

Looks like its going to be quite a lengthy repair. Will snap photos at the shop tomorrow

Cheers

Glad to hear they are taking care of you right man, My brother is an agent for Allstate and they seem to take care of thier insureds most of the time. Damn I was close, on my last post I estimated 7k in damage. Glad to hear there was no frame damage, I bet it hurts to see your stang like that but she or he will be looking like new in no time. Good luck.

I don't understand the whole "frame damage" thing. It's a unibody car, it doesn't have a "frame" like some cars do. This damage here would be considered "frame/unibody" damage.

its currently being build back together while on a frame rail machine so i do believe there is a subframe at least or some sort of main frame which, you are right, is an integral and one-piece part of the car
