failed inspection

my county used to be no emissions but that recently changed. I failed when they plugged the obd in and it showed my converters not ready. should I cut up my factory mid pipe to fit my long tubes, and throw that on to pass?

You could try the foulers trick first. Brenspeed has them.

You'll also need the rear o2 sensors turned back on in the tune. Nearly all tunes shut them off.

funny, I'm currently trying to find this out myself. There is a different thread about them working for guys with no cats, and I asked and the responses i got back didnt seem to awesome.

I'm waiting to pull the trigger on an off road pipe (to hold me over till the ARH) till I know this works.

Otherwise, couldn't we just see what voltage it sends back to the computer? Then create simple circuit that would mimic the same thing?

^Thats the problem. It doesnt matter if I own the place, if the rear O2's arn't turned on you are going to fail.

for anyone wondering, one fouler worked for me. 2 stacked together gave me a code for o2's being too lean. Also, there is no need to drill it out
