Im still a bit confused. The op got it to work? Mine doesnt work and I already have that harness and everything. Im thinking mine is a computer issue. Its worked twice since I did the conversion and I made no other changes.

Op says his worked all along, just had a sensor not making good contact with a brake switch. You may want to check your switches at the pedal.

All this fancy smancy harness stuff isn't needed.
Depending on thcm being used (auto or manual), you'll have to do different things.
For my former-auto-convertsion, I added a wire to pin 30 of the transmission connector to the pcm, ran that wire so that it grounds most of the time, open when the clutch or brake is pressed.
If you trace the circuit through pin 9 (white wire) of C110, you can see that the signal has to be grounded to enable cruise control, and opened to disable it.

It works for me
Actually, if you just want to use the brake to disengage cruise, all you have to do is to run a wire to ground for pin 30 on c175t as noted. If you want to use the clutch to disengage, run the wire to the clutch switch.
Note that this only has worked for me when using a manual PCM. Seems the auto pcm doesn't expose pin 30 for cruise disabling.
