    with an
I would stick with the 92mm pulley (11 psi). You will have more than ample hp/tq on your hands. And if your rear tire width starts with the digit...."2" , you will roast them. If this is for mainly street use, a 305 or 315 will fare better.

VMP shipped everything except the pulley. After sorting through the boxes, I called them and asked where the pulley is. They said the pulley is on back order and looking at about 2 weeks till they get them in.

This messes me up because I have an install date of the 23rd.

I wish that was an e-mail conversation, that way I could say to e-mail them back a picture of a middle finger.

It's bullshit they didn't mention that until the customer calls looking for the missing part.

It's aggravating. You'd think they'd notify me ahead of time instead of me trying to figure out what's NOT in one of the four boxes they sent.

Yea there was a packing slip in one of the 4 boxes. Next to where the pulley is listed says, in pen, "bo" .

After calling them I realized the "bo" meant back order.

Well you are 2 weeks away so maybe it will show up by then. I would still go ahead with the install.

That's good news. Do you have everything you need for the install?

Only thing I'm waiting on are the Sai Li fuel system and the pulley. The Sai Li will be here tomorrow.

The car is at the shop. I'm not sure if I mentioned this earlier, but I had a issue with the shop I was going to use (they didn't seem motivated to do the install). So, off of Lunds recommendation, I'm using Evolution Performance in PA. I should get the car back next Saturday.

    They install is:
    VMP Gen 3 stage 3 with 88mm (12psi) pulley
Sai Li fuel system for E85 conversion
    McLeod RXT clutch
    JPC line lock
Custom E85 Lund dyno tune (including a 93 octane backup tune, and an E85 Lund cam tune)

I have an X4 module but they really wanted to install the ngauge. I told them no, but if I should get it please talk me into it. The install starts Monday.

    You're doing 12 psi on a stock bottom-end ??

Also, I see a bunch of guys on Facebook saying the RXT is too much clutch for an MT82, even those built by Ben Calimer.
Apparently the RST is the McLeod clutch recommended for MT82's, it doesn't put as much strain on the tranny as the RXT.

The X4 is good enough for what your doing. Unless you want to use the Ngauge as a monitor and mount it in the left AC duck or other mounting options I would stay with the X4. Who is pushing the Ngauge?

Yea, 12 psi on the stock bottom end with E85. VMP told me I could even get away with it with 93 if the 93 was good quality.

The RXT is what Evolution recommended. They said that's the one the like to use on blown s197s and up.

    Evo.

I figured the X4 is good enough. They like the ngauge because of the extra features it provides.

Evolution is a good shop. Tiny little place, though.

They just moved across the street. Much bigger. They still have the small shop too.

I have the RST twin disk 26 spline clutch with there light steel flywheel and I get a little clutch chatter when pulling out because neither the S or X has no springs in the clutch disks. The only one that has springs in the clutch disk is the RXT 1200 hp setup. If you want to feel what mine is like I can meet you at the same place we did before so you can see what it feels like.
