Front sway bar removal - why?

I imagine it will react the same way as taking it off of a 3V.
I just pulled the end links for the time being as there is plastic coverings that block off the other mounting locations and I didn't feel like fooling with that.

Doesn't take long to do at all

It takes about 2 min more to just zip the rest of the bar off plus the you loose some weight.
Mine came off in the fall and won't go back on as long as I have the car

Yeah I never noticed a difference with mine off..... and no it didn't get driven easy lol

Any where and every where. Was a daily driver, it had the drop suspension though. People will probably tell a difference at stock ride height

The UPR/GMS is a heck of lot cheaper...$80 shipped.

That's what I did. UPR Sway bar eliminator. Car feels nose heavy in tight turns. You get used to driving with the sway bar out.

The piece is actually a radiator support:


Removed the sway bar and radiator support:

Same thing I have! It was nice to get that much weight off the nose.

But...Ray is running skinny/fats so that may affect his handling a lot more since the tires are a lot smaller.
