FS: 05 Ford Mustang GT, 78k miles, mildly modified, 320rwhp

2005 Ford Mustang GT
Sonic Blue Exterior (only made in 2005 for this body style, rare)
Black leather Interior
Shaker 500 sound system
78K miles

Clean title and carfax

Mods:
BBK 62mm throttle body
JLT series 3 CAI
Pypes offroad H pipe
Pypes quad muffler catback system
Eibach Pro Kit springs
CMDP's
SCT Xcal3 tuner with 3 tunes
Smoked LED headlights
Clear front signal lights
Tint
Brand new FR500 chrome wheels with Brand new tires-
18x9/18x10 with Summitomo 255/45/18 and 275/40/18
Brand new rotors and pads (being done this week)
Brand new emergency brake cable (being done this week)
New clutch (5000 miles)

Just got new plugs as well as synthetic oil change this past week.

Car was just dyno tuned and made right under 320rwhp and 340tq

Bad:
-Paint is not perfect. Has a spot on rear bumper where clear is not in great shape. Some dings and scratches, only one decent size scratch on front fender that has been touched up. Couple chips on front of hood. Basically normal wear in paint for an @ 80k mile car.
-Carpet under mat is ripped, can't see unless you pull mat out.
-Rear wing is not there, holes are plugged. Had aftermarket wing and plugged it and painted plugs to look good until I found another stock wing. Actually looks pretty good.

Location: Southern NJ 08091

UPDATE 11/20/12:
NEW CASH PRICE- $12,750
DO NOT MAKE LOWER OFFERS, you will not be responded to. Thanks
Still considering trades as well

NADA (aka loan value) is $15k

I did just buy this from this forum about a month and a half ago.

The ONLY reason for sale, I thought I was ready for another Mustang after a few years away, but I am just in the mood for something different this time around.
I have had probably 30+ Mustangs, most with tons of mods and making gobs of power, and I do not want to get into that same cycle with this one.

Will consider trades.

Must book out NADA without mileage included at $12500+

I have a loan out on the Mustang for that, my credit union will work with trade, but new vehicle must book out for at least my loan amount.

Would like a trade for a 86-87 GN/T-type, 03-04 Lightning, 06+ TBSS, 03+ G35, etc......
just looking for something reliable, fun, and/or different

If local and you want to supply your own wheels, the price can move down considerably!!!

Thanks in advance!

Can reduce price if I keep wheels.
$12800 without FR500's. I have a set of completely shot wheels and tires the car could at least roll on to go on trailer/transport, if you are not local and can not supply your own wheels/tires.

To save alot of hassle:

$13k BOTTOM LINE as it sits
$12500 without FR500s

Not negotiable.
