Hell yeah, and with the quality work you're doing your car should do very well at the shows. I hope you're going to have some real good photos taken of your car when you're done.

Well, the wiring is finally done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :omfg::mad2::helpme::321::idea::oops1::clap:

The N20 is done also. I have decided to go with a dry setup and just add more fuel in the tune and the race setup. This is my first experience with N20 and I don't want to be one of those guys posting the "car on fire videos" . I have watched to many of them online. I am using the N20 for cooling more then anything , so I thought this would be the way to go.

I turned the battery disconnect back on last night (and nothing melted). I need to turn the key on and verify that all the wires have voltage when they should and not when they shouldn't today. Funny thing is , I connected the cool down wires to the fan and water pump last night and , was so happy just to here the fan come on (the car made noise) ! LOL . I cannot wait to fire this bad boy up next weekend . I plan to check all the wring today and next Sat. add all the fluids and a start up tune and crank it up. I cannot wait!!!

Its my 40th birthday today and I really was trying hard to make today the start up (20 hrs last weekend and 8 yesterday) but, like most things in life it just didn't work out the way I wanted it to though. Of coarse if everything was the way I wanted it , the car would not have spent 2 yrs in the garage just sitting there.

The more I start to see the car come together now , I have to ask myself... How fast is it going to be ? How much power is it going to make? Can I even drive a 9 sec. car? LOL

Anyhow , just thought I would update . I will post some pics tonight.

I hated doing the wiring. But I had it easy compared to you as I just ripped out all of the factory wiring. Did you know all of the factory wiring (and the PCM) weighs 50lbs?

Its good nothing melted haha. Your car will go 9s no problem with the right tire. Do you have any idea how much the car weighs now?

Happy birthday. You have already waited 2 years so a few more days really aren't going to matter in the big scheme of things.

Well holy cow the work continues! Keep plugging away and finish that baby, gonna be awesome.

Its been allot of work that is for sure!

I guess its a good thing I moved it farther back then.

I dont know the weight but, that will be one of the first thing I check after tuning .

CONGRATS!! your almost there!

So close but, yet so far...

Hang in there Billy. Gonna be great..

It better or I may have to burn it down ! Im sure it will . First I will have to spend the next year leaning to drive it again. LOL

Happy birthday. You have already waited 2 years so a few more days really aren't going to matter in the big scheme of things.

Thanks, and you are right, I am in no real hurry at this point . Although it was pretty exciting to see the lights all work and most everything I have checked so far has power and is working.

One thing I noticed when I turn the lights on is that the gas gauge lights up red (tank is empty). When the lights are off it is green like all the rest of my gauges and is also green when the lights are on when I first turn the key on . I have never ran the car out of gas so I would not know if this is on the car stock or if it is from the reprogrmin of the cluster that was done at Saleen.

Have any of you ever ran the car low enough on fuel or out of fuel to see the gas gauge light up red ? Its like the back lighting changes color from green to red.

I also need to check the wiring to the N20 bottle opener , it runs continuously and the "cool down" switch is not working correctly. This week I will begin to check all the wiring in the engine bay. With that said can anyone confirm the amount of voltage the injectors and cops should see with the key on and engine off ? I would assume it would be 12v but, I don't know if it varies or not depending on if the car is cranking , running , ect.

I never thought I would be so happy to see lights come on !!!

I can confirm the gauge lights up red when it's really low. I run my tank low when switching between fuels. I run e85 or 92 pump.

Go 9s? I think you will be well in the 9s and in the 8s with spray. Cruizing2much has a similiar setup and same blower and went 8.94 boost only. I wish I had the oportunity to see this car in person. I know what it sounds like, so I know you will be turning heads all over with that jet engine sound of a blower.
Videos of this thing running please.

I can promise the video when I hear the car running . That F1-a with a 3.9 pulley defiantly like a jet plane while driving under an overpass. LOL. What I was getting at with the 9s comment is, I hope I can drive it ! It has been two yrs . I will have to ease back into this thing. I think your numbers are about what the car can do with a "real" driver. I will have one hell of a learning curve coming though. I will also have to add about 80lbs more to the cage after I pass that 10.0 at the track . For now I am just going to finish up and get it running and tune the street tune . After that I will worry about the race tune and adding the roof hoop and front bars to turn My 5 point to a 10 point. Main thing right now is to get this car out of the garage and on the road !

On a side note the starter works ! I verified it tonight. The more noise this thing makes the better I feel. With all the wiring I have done every little thing that works is a major accomplishment to me at this point.

Have you ever watched a movie and at the end it just leaves you with the "wtf, so what happens next" feeling? That's what I got from this thead lol. I was all excited from start of thread to finish (yes I read all 36 pages lol), but I feel cheated out of a good ending! Hurry n get this thing done. It's a very sexy bad ass car. Looking forward to see some dyno pulls and track times. I only hope I don't have the same issues as you've had over the years. GL with the new settup and I'll def. stay posted for updates!
