Guys...new hear...names Joe...Great site by the way!!

I have been racing for many years...but lately i have been helping a teammate on his s197...my buddy has a 06 gt...it is a 5 speed car...it has 4.30's, jlt cai, u/ds, sct tuner, off road x pipe, welded on magnaflows...minor weight reduction...it has seen a best of 12.55 @ 108 mph n/a on 26 et streets...traction has been an issue here lately and we added an AJE k member...the et streets are no longer cutting it...and we are thinking we should be in the 12.3 range with proper traction...

we are going to some bogarts or weld 15 inch wheels...preferrably a 15x10 wheel...and now a full mt drag slick...

question is...we are going to spray 100-125 shot of juice...should we buy 28's or 26's will be fine...all help is appreciated!!!! Shooting for low 11's...

I ran a 28by9 goodyear slick w/4.88's NA but for you w/4.30's and spray I'd go 28by10 or 11 if you plan on shooting it out of the hole.imo

thanks man...i figured it would be best with the 28's...we are gonna launch out of the hole...gonna take it to murillo motorsports once its all said and done to get it retuned for the bottle...

actually, we are going to install all the rear suspension in the next two weeks and while my friend is at it with spending the cash on new parts, he's gonna order some race wheels and slicks for the rear...

hell, might even go real low 12's on motor...we are aiming for that high 11 but it might be harder on 28's...BUT if he's gonna spray, itll work just fine...
