Those two F-302 pumps will only do 700rwhp in returnless.

750-800rwhp seems to be the magic number on a returnless setup. Hard to push much more that even with a beefed out system, bigger pumps, baps, wire and line upgrades rails etc. A return setup gives you all of this already, so if your getting a Fore setup go return and call it a day. Not much more $ to add a return line and regulator. Pick two 400lph series pumps that support 1000hp set the regulator pressure boost referenced and be done with it imho.

Yes you want 1000cc injectors for 800hp goal.

Are you the same Jeremy H. that is an owner of S&H Performance? If so, can you and Bob please talk this over and let me know, because Bob is the one that recommended this system since Justin advertises this Stage 2 returnless setup as being able to support 1000rwhp. I didn't want a return-style because it is about $700 more, but also because apparently the fuel heats up over time and if I have to drive to a the American Muscle show in PA it is a 5 hour drive. Not sure what problems that could cause.

Anyway, hopefully I can get this all straightened out and find out what the true capability of the product is. I'm glad not everything else is this confusing.

I know guys get big power on 93, but I was maxed at just under 600 on 91. There is absolutely no wiggle room and one so-so tank of 93 and you are all done.

Meth injection is really the only way to get pump gas into higher hp levels. E85 is so much easier and safer. It also makes a significant amount more power on the same boost level. Of course you already know that, lol.

I spoke with Justin at Fore Innovations, and the Returnless Level 2 system was mismarked as supporting 1000rwhp. He changed it to support 750rwhp.

In light of that, we talked through some options and made a determination to go with a Level 1 return style, but then possibly add in the fuel rails to aid in faster starting. He said it is a misnomer to upgrade the fuel rails for more fuel supply and has more to do with in/outlets so that pressure and heat can be relieved.

The GSS342 as primary locked in at 60% duty cycle should keep things running cool even on long trips, but then the AEM 50-1000 will kick in for full utilization. Even though the level 1 is rated 800rwhp, an efficient turbo setup would see 1000+rwhp, so he said 850 easy, as long as I go with the 1000cc or better injectors.

Edit: Actually, I'm not going to squirm over the difference. I'll go with the Level 2 system. :)
