How many o2 extenders needed with my new kooks LTs and H?

New Kooks LTs and high flow H arrived and only had one o2 extension. I emailed the dealer and they said only one needed with manual shift, but three needed with an automatic.
What do you guys have to say?

the right side(passenger) needs to be extended for long tubes, the left side(driver) harness can be removed from its perch on the back of the cylinder head and zip tied to the transmission case.
