I've already replaced the entire throttle body, including the sensor and motor, the MAF sensor, and the fuel pump for a separate issue.
Care runs 7-10% lean, and throttle position is always above 12%, and did a smoke check for any vacuum leaks and found none. otherwise drives fine.
Just hoping any of yall have any insigh into what the issue might be caused by.

well not too much to go on here,,
but did you try to relearn the peddle position> (moving it from 0 to %100 full throttle) with the car off?

did you check to see if the exhaust has a leak>?

the car running lean can be so many things ,,

you didnt really give much info

what throttle body and electrics did you get (brand ,where from ect)

If you touched the tps sensor .. it needs to be set at a certain voltage at idle .. that might be the problem why the throttle is at %12 at idle..
You loosen the two screws and hook up a multimeter and move the tps until the desired voltage is optained.. than tighten down and relearn the idle
