Anyone know where I can get some 5/8" PCV tubing like the stuff supplied with the kit? Only thing local is heater hose which is not oil rated. Looked on web and only found large quantities from Gates. I need about 8' for my PCV/catch can set up. I don't want to do the full steel braided stuff.

any -10 hose with work!

Anyone looked at using the cj manifold with the paxton? Since it uses the twin oval style tb, im wondering if there will be clearance issues

Its a Z06.

Just Another 700whp DD 5.0

I haven't gotten a chance to drive a new Z06 but a friend has a new Grand Sport and threw me the keys one day. That thing was crazy. The power is SOOOOOO smooth and in Competition Driving Mode it just hugged the road. I could only imagine how a Z is. I grew up in Bowling Green, KY where the Corvettes are made, so I think that's why I don't know that I would buy one. Everyone had one, and that's when the C4 design was new and they carried it on for too long.

Car is done had to get a pro m maf for the extra boost and it made a huge difference. On 93 octane the car made 685/532 in 80 degree weather with 14 degrees of timing and 11.4 a/f. 15psi at 7200rpms (2.95) pulley. Ford racing aluminator 9.5:1 compression, stock manifold , 3 73 manual car with McLeod twin disc o/r x and magnaflow 3 inch catback. Bosch 1000cc imjectors, kb bap, Ngk plugs, The car drives stock until about 3k you can feel the blower starting to move the car. Wot pulls like a freight train! There's a lot left in it too!

Not bad, get some timing in that car. You should be able to run least 18-19* and still be perfectly safe.

2.95 pulley and only making 685? I was hoping for 700rwhp on my 9.5 shortblock using the 3.1 pulley. Damn ....

Are you planning to bump up the timing ?

I can get the 2.95 pulley but not sure if it'll slip with my stock 6-rib setup or not. Not ready for 8-rib yet, or am I ?

I'm starting to get like gizmo5 when it comes to buying shit....
