as long as your tuner knows what they are doing,

3.4 is too small for the stock block imo

do either the 3.6, or the wastegate setup that I have
Thanks. It will be on E85 which will help it live. Believe me though, if it gets too much above 700 I'll quit and get the 3.6 pulley on it.

My tuner already told me the MAF won't be a problem for him, just double checking to avoid downtime.

Correct. I think we have it dialed in with the right parts so i'll update as we find out.

I actually have a few things that need to go on the car now. I'll be calling out onebadgsx soon ;) All kidding aside, I pieced together a wastegate setup with the help of Jason and i'll post up results once I get it all here.

And done! Got a bit spooky around the last 1/4 with all of the hurt motors. So I have to ask:

How many 600+whp cars with stock shortblocks have been hurt using E85 or a high octane gas like torco?

Those hurting their motors took em a bit to the extreme...600 hp tuned on pump is no problem for these cars and hold up quite well provided you don't abuse em too much and maintain them...if you beat the snot out of anything without taking care of it , its gonna hurt it eventually

So there's some tuners that are turning down the sensitivity of the knock sensors, and commanding too lean of a mixture? I saw a Paxton powered dyno graph many pages back and they were at 12.5:1 A/F on pump gas above 5500, would not want on pump gasoline!

I had a 3.6 pulley on 93 pump. It ate a piston and was making 638whp.

I'll put you guys to work already. I unpackaged my used kit in order to get started assembling the bracket. I believe I'm missing some pulleys and have some wrong ones. Can you look at this pic and tell me if I'm smoking something? I have all the pulleys he sent in the pic except for the crank and blower so I can keep the diagram clear enough to see.

I think I'm missing the 8-rib water pump pulley, the tensioner pulley, and one more idler that goes inside the bracket. I highlighted the ones I think I don't have.

The two at the bottom with the red bearings are thinner (6-rib width), that I believe are not needed.
