No telling. I bought them from the same place as you did.

I might get fed up one day and just reinstall all of the pipes again with the JPC kit.

Have a bead welded around the lip to keep it from sliding off

The stock rubber Paxton connector tubes are poor quality that come with the kit i blew one in half on the inlet side of the ic i upgraded to quality silicon pipe connectors after that no more problems.
I just used proper size stainless clamps no problem.

Blowing the charge pipes seem to by my biggest problem. Ordering the JPC T-Bolt clamp kit. Might go ahead and spray some hairspray on them too just for good measure.

Loving the new power so far though. Car made 579 with 8lbs of boost and BBK LT Headers and O/R X being the only mods.

Yeah I didn't wanna go to crazy with it. Just a nice beater for now until I get a motor for it. I was already nervous enough while having it on the dyno. This is the first car I have ever had on a dyno. Was waiting for parts to start hitting the walls towards the end of the pull.

I'm not sure why so many people are blowing the pipes off. I'm on 9 pounds with the stock clamps and haven't blown one off yet.

Yeah worm gear clamps here. Not one pop off, and I was accidentally at 12.5 lbs for quite some time.

LOL...how does one accidently gain 3-4 lbs of boost?

Well I started off with a 3.6" pulley, and did a custom CAI kit, but we were still thinking I was at 10.5 or so.

Didn't become an issue until I moved to Houston and the car was able to breathe better thanks to the mile drop in elevation.
