Getting back on track, OP I think, from your posts, that you would have more fun with a Whipple or other twin screw type than a centrifugal or turbo and this is coming from a turbo guy. Nothing beats a TS for fun on the street and power out of the hole. I would build with a little lower compression and install the new Whipple kit. You won't have to do things all over again to run N/A and then add FI. Just install the Whipple and run their tune. With about 10-1 instead of 11-1 you can still make the big power but have a little safety cushion for 93 pump gas. You can drive it easy and stay out of boost until you have some miles on it and then just let-er-rip.

Hahaha no it's be WW3 if he kicked my boy Clutch!+1 on the Whipple kit.
Rford, what's up bro? Steve kick your dog or something?
Idk the only tune I ever had was from evolution and shortly after my car started smoking and has bad blowby
On the phone they assured me this wouldn't happen before I bought the tune
and I sent them an email afterwards with no response
And customer service was horrible

So for now I could go 10:1 and be ok with the stock tune until break in is done and I get more funds for boost
If you read my second sentence I point that out. And YES they do hit!!!
I'd still do turbo. These engines are the shit. You just need to do your homework to find out whos kit is performing well. The ability to run the compression these cars do make for a wicked street car.Should I go procharged instead? I want a fast STREET car lol and I want to be fast from a digg but still pull up tip
I loved my turbo 06 but I think I can go way faster with this 5.0
Especially with 15x10s and good suspension
