Low ENGINE LOAD % on boosted 4.6?

I am having STFT and timing issues and I wonder if its related to the engine load only showing 98-99%? I was told that it plays a large role in these parameters. Getting detonation above 5k and knock sensors aren't picking it up either. Shouldn't I be seeing 150%+?

Did a log with just the SCT without Livewire and it shows totally different. STFTs are still off some but the Load is right where it should be. Guess its time to go back to version 6.5.

I log with HP Tuners, but I know with that there are a few load PIDs and some don't go over 100%
