This picture shows the nozzle location and the maf is in the pipe that turns down and goes straight several inches or maybe even over a foot apart.

The iat sensor is located in my intake runner I bet with the nozzle that close it would show way cooler iats then they actually are as well.

That MAF is too close to the meth nozzle imo, and its below the nozzle as well, there is your problem..

The nozzle isnt too close, its where it should be..Here is mine..

See in the pic, my nozzle spays right after the blower, and my IAT sensor is at the end of the elbow, just before the throttle body..

Why does your MAF have to be so close like that?

maybe you could buy one of those 25 dollar hsw plates and convert for yur nozzles and just sandwich it between the t/b body and intake. im sure youd have to adjust your tune . just brainstorming

Well my piping hits the degas tank now. No room to add a spacer. The meth has to be after the maf sensor. The maf sensor has to be there because thats the longest straightest point for it to function the best. Without measuring after looking Id say it about 18 plus inches from the maf. I dont see anyway of putting the nozzle in the piping without leftover running back down. Its not the meth laying on top of the sensor really its the bottom of the sensor thats getting covered due to meth draining down into the piping. So then if I get back on it the meth soaks the sensor.

Can you move the MAF to the side of the piping, so the sensor isnt sitting where the meth would make contact with it?

I was thinking the same thing after seeing the pictures, or maybe put it in the intercooler.

The meth isnt dripping onto the maf sensor. The meth is dripping down to the bottom of the piping. Then when you pull boost the meth thats in the pipe hits the maf sensor doesnt matter what side of the pipe I put it on in boost the meth will hit the maf sensor. I guess I can just leave it off but I sure like the idea of having it.

You could always buy a used stock intake manifold and experiment with injecting in each runner. There is plenty of room underneath the manifold for plumbing and distribution hardware. You would need 8 small nozzles though.

but my iat sensor is located in one of the runners. If I put a nozzle behind it the meth wouldnt be showing cooler charge temps. If I put a nozzle right in front of the sensor it would read cooler then they are and could cause it to not pull enough timing.

There's more than one place to place an iat sensor. It becomes less necessary with meth anyway. The tune can be adjusted to account for a hotter location.

Having port meth distribution would insure even charges of meth to all cylinders.

It's just a thought. I can't remember if I asked but have you considered e85? No need for meth, cooling effect on the motor, very hard to detonate.

I see a injector and pump swap thread very soon in my future. I may talk to Manuel about it. I am about ready to pulley down anyhow in a month or so. Would be a good time for the swap.

As for the meth setup, I am going to pull my maf right now and see if it is wet.

I do have rust spots but hey are from before today. I pulled the maf and it is dry. I did empty the water from the nozzles last weekend at the track before leaving and have not been in boost since. I wonder if there my have been a small pc of debris in the check valve. I am going to start it now and go for a short light drive and see if it bogs.

Drives perfect! So it is confirmed the wet maf was the issue. Now to see if the issue comes back since it will get some street, track, and boost tomorrow.

It took a couple hand full of pulls for mine to start acting up. Not hard pulls just hitting it and letting off. Id probably be better off going all out maybe it would suck it all in.
