Did you bench bleed it?(fill it with fluid before install) this is key from my experience. Also what clutch and in the pic looks like you were using a shim for the slave, did that go back in?

I have the exact same vacuum pump setup lol

How long has that clutch and the shim been in since before you had the slave leak?

Why did you add the shim did you add it form the get go? Is there preload on the slave?

The shim came with the clutch kit... when the clutch went in so did the shim. What do you mean by pre load?

On my 3650 the slave never touched the pressure plate installed (zero preload). If there is too much preload this may be a factor in why it failed so quickly.

I had to pump mine a few times each time I got in the car for the first week or so. I bench bleeded mine. Are you pumping the pedal with the vac on it? Seeing any bubbles?

Your suppose to take a few measurements before actually using that shim.

Yes, I drew a vacuum, pumped the pedal repeatively for 20-30 seconds then let it sit with the vac on it for about 5 minutes. Then repeated this a couple times.
