She drives actually pretty damn good for it not to be fully tuned. I dropped my cobra off at Gearheads for a clutch and they said they would get my cars break in tune done and I can drive that home. :)
She's sounds mean as hell and idles actually pretty damn good.
Only problem so far is the throttle. When I let off the throttle it either hangs for abit or keeps climbing alittle before it drops. Also decel on the throttle is slow!! I haven't driven an s197 in AWHILE and I could be just use to the cobra.

so your saying the SGT is not fully tuned and dyno'ed?

No the Sgt is not fully tuned or dyno'ed. I can't go past half throttle.

Thx Ken. It goes back for the e85 tune on Thursday.

Hey so it seems like your car is finally in it's final stages, congrats!!!! I have a question though??? So as you know I am doing a similar build and everything is in place and just needs to be tuned but my alternator when they turn it on seems to lose amps. The only thing running off of it that are aftermarket are the HID's from the Battery and the AFCO. So my question is; did you have any issues w/ your alternator???

^hmmmm. What is ur car doing when it lose amps?? Because when I drove my car tonight my radio will turn off then back on at such random moments. Also one time my radio, HID's and gauges flickered then came back on and was all normal for the rest of the night.

At idle my battery stays at 13.2 volts.

Thinking about just buying a PA alternator and be done with it.

Idk about u pike, but I'm still on my factory alternator and I heard they're junk.

So my tuner told me since they put the motor in when they start it up the amps start at 14 and then go down to 11... And I can't understand since I don't have anything of any significance hooked up to drain it. Whats the best price on a PA??? Did you ask your tuners if they thought your alt was having issues???

It's got to be ur alternator. The tuners didn't say anything about my alternator, but I have had so mang problems with my cobra going thru alternators I know ford had junk alternators.
The PA 130amp one is 260 bucks. I have PA in the cobra and it works great.

So the 130 is fine? I was hoping I wouldn't need to go all the way to the 200...
