Added a couple more items to the list...

New door panels for the subs, install kit, 2 door dynamat kit, Alpine 500w amp, amp install kit, and the KICKER Shelby 8" Subs.

All in all I paid around $420 for everything!

Nothing man... My tuner is out of town until Wed. Then we are going to get back together. The plan is to just start driving it and change shit drastic in the tune and see what does what. The datalogs are still showing everything is okay. But obviously it isn't. :(

Hope your tuner figures it out soon bruce, that is pure torture.. As for the speakers, awesome setup coming.. Question is, where did you buy a whole new door panel?

I found them on ebay for $100 for the pair and it was a local pick up in Lakeland. It's the cheapest I have seen these things ever go for and they are in perfect condition.

2 door dynamat kit

I don't know the specs on those kickers, but if they are anything like my RF's, get some Dynamat for the door. They are going to thump!

:thumb: I need to do that myself, not looking forward to pulling the door panel again though....

Sucks you haven't found the problem Bruce, I think we are all as anxious as you are to see some finished results!

Yeah got the 2 door dynamat kit. That should take care of it. The speakers are 200watt @ 2ohms. I called kicker they said they are the same as their Comp VT shallow mount series.

Try putting the mat on the actual door panel. I honestly don't think putting it on the door itself did much. When I turn it up, all of the plastic is vibrating. I'll get around to re-doing mine here eventually.

200w is going to be insane up front. I'm pushing 150 each to the door subs and 300 each to two 10's in the rear. I'm like a rolling concert now, lol.

This was probably the best thread I've ever read. I almost didnt make it all the way through without adding a quick reply. You'd be a good friend to have locally haha all my friends are LS1 guys and dont dabble in the Mustang stuff or only know how to apply the LS1 knowledge to my motor. Doesn't always work.

Great build it looks amazing I wish I could do all this myself. That exhaust and supercharger sound is exactly what I'm looking for for my car. Great job man.

Well it looks like I will start another build thread with a new motor. I just blew my motor. Had my tuner with me and he was datalogging on his laptop. I punched it, I was watching the boost gauge and it showed 11lbs I let off and then got back in it. The gauge crept up and then jumped to 17lbs like no one's business and BANG, Black smoke out the back, no oil pressure and a clanky motor.

Shit, Boozshey, that sucks. Hang in there, man.

I dynamatted both door panels. Definitely worth doing, but it adds a few pounds. That stuff is heavier than you'd think.
