Will yesterday I pulled my spark plugs to gap them to .035 and I took my throttle body off to get to the plugs under there. My stang has a whipple HO on it. Once I finished with all the plugs I had the car back together and went to start it and it went to failsafe mode and I checked the codes and it was the TPS so I replaced it and cleared the codes and tried to start it and the failsafe came back up and with the same codes for the TPS.

How can I fix this without taking it in to the dealership to get it fixed?

Why would you remove the throttle body to pull spark plugs?
Anyways disconnect the battery and make sure everythings hooked up all the senors plugged in. Let sit for 5-10 minutes then reconnect the battery and start her up. This should fix the problem unless u damage the tps somehow.

I have a Whipple HO on my car and the Throttle body sets right over two of the plugs that is why I removed it. Plus I have disconnected the battery for over an hour and it still didn't work. I have replace the TPS so I know I didn't damage it.

Hmmm, was going to suggest the TPS, as that is what happened to me.
