I sat in a Camaro at an auto show the first year they came back. The lack of visibility was jarring. The A-pillar seemed like a tree trunk.

I went so far as to drive a 2017 SS and when I got back I told the salesman as funny as it sounds, I wouldn't trade you even up for my 06 Mustang GT. The thing felt overly refined, it was like I was playing a video game, it completely lacked character and personality. The rearward visibility was like looking through a mail slot. I just really didn't like it and I was expecting to be blown away, in the end it left me cold.

And I wanted a Vert - and not available in a Challenger so I got the Mustang. I also wanted a trunk large enough for 2 sets of golf clubs and again - the Mustang worked. The Camaro interior seemed cheap.

The instrument cluster is busy, especially the gauges above the shift column.
