Not making boost

Hey yall, I'm in the process of Lito tuning my shit and for some reason the blower isn't making any boost. Could this be caused by the wastegate lines not being run correctly or is there another issue I should look at first?

ANY help is appreciated, I'm having surgery on my right arm in two weeks and would love to have the car tuned completely before I'm not able to drive it for 3-4 months....

You will have to describe your setup...

All boosted applications, if the wastegate or bypass valve is not installed correctly, you will make no boost or very low boost.

Based on your sig, why are you running a wastegate and an electronic boost controller? It makes sense to run an eboost controller on a turbo to limit boost on a 20psi turbo setup that makes a ton of torque right off the hit, but not on a centri.

What centri are you running? If you are trying to hit 20psi why bother even running a wastegate at all?

Wastegate and or BOV are probably staying open all the time.

I'm running a novi 2200, it's pullied down to 26psi, I don't have the eboost 2 yet so I'm just running the wastegate. I'm using the wastegate to increase the tq the car makes at lower rpm, I'll be using the ebc to be able to change the boost level without having to change springs.

After looking at my wastegate the vacuum line is not hooked up right so I'm going to fix it and then do a pull, but it's pouring rain here so I can't necessarily do that right this second.

Well got the boost guage hooked up and it's making vacuum but not making boost.

Ha ha! It's like a doctor trying to diagnose a patient without being there in person. Sometime you just got to be there, see how things are set up and what is going on.

Now that we know boost is not being made, that helps, but I still got to see the patient!

I am as well gonna run a boost leash controller and tial wastegate with 4psi spring with co2 for the pressure. I will have the car running this weekend so I can report back.
Same blower, novi 2200.

I would think you need vacuum/boost line to bottom and co2 to top for controller to work.
In your case with manifold pressure use bottom port on gate.

..we got boost..saw a little over 10 psi on a partial wot pull
Did some "plumbing changes" to make better use of the blow-through setup. Nothing is recirculated anymore, since it does not need to be.

Car pulls hard as fuuuuuu now thanks to Mike!

Waiting to hear back from Manuel to see if we can pull to 6k rpm.

On another note, I'm sure this is directly related to what changes we just made but the gas mileage has almost doubled. (7.5-8mpg to 14-15mpg now)

Yeah that's probably how Manuel knew it wasn't making boost without seeing a gauge.

Got the go ahead from Manuel to pull past 4500 as long as afr is good. Hopefully the bov is not restricting me to the amount of boost in seeing now. Will report back soon
