Excess RTV sealant scraps getting sucked up in the oil pickup screen at the bottom of the oil pan?

Should I install new one and go with it

A new what? Two people in a row just suggested it's probably crap in your oil pan. If the crap is big enough to plug the oil pickup then it may not come out of the drain plug. Before you go buying new parts, how about figuring out the source of the problem? Is there crap in the oil pan? Answer that question before asking if you should buy a new oil pump.

With the BMR K-Member, I had to drop the steering rack and let hit hang, as well as disconnecting the motor mounts, loosening the transmission mount, and then raising the engine by 1".

You could inspect the pan and pickup with a remote inspection tool. They are under $100 at harbor freight.

I've had debris in the oil pickup screen and it didn't affect the oil pressure. I think it would take quite a bit. Mine was from pulling the front cover about 6 times.

I'm wondering what the clearances are and what oil you are using? Are there any special considerations for oil level and an oil fed turbo? Things like drain back affecting the level?

You could try unbolting the motor mounts from the k member, jacking the motor up, putting something under the mounts to hold the motor up a few inches, and dropping the steering rack. Not in that order but doing those things should give you enough room to get the oil pan out.

using motorcraft 5w20..... i was also thinking the same as far as drain back and being that it was the first crank up tensioners, lifters, filter relocation lines etc. were dry, including turbo feed line and time to drain back. Bruce i inboxed you but says you have too many messages lol

Montreal Qc,
Was the engine pre-lubed with a pump sprayer or anything prior to start-up to lubricate the upper end and pump up the chain tensioners?

What about the plug at the rear of the block? That can also cause no oil pressure. Can you check with your machine shop and see if the plug was replaced?
