I hear you, the plan is to attack it from both sides with a 1 3/8" hole saw, go slow and steady for the win! lol
Good luck Scott, BMR Suspensions Polyurethane Differential Bushing Kit, part number EN001 has to be the absolute hardest mod I have ever seen done on a car. Calling it a PITA is a understatement.
Great.....I got one sitting on the bench I gotta install soon ,lol.....
Yes, the problem I saw was as you compress the bushing, the center hole compresses as well. This makes it very hard to get the pin to slide in, as you loosen the c clamp the bushing will ooze out from the pressure.
Good luck and I hope you will find it easier than I thought it was. Honestly can't even say there was a noticeable difference.
Willy, I look forward to hearing both of y'all's opinions on this mod.

Willy, looks like you are first up. Keep us posted on your technique?
Brian ...Wow, sorry to hear that. I'm looking at possible arthroscopic surgery on my hip but I also have arthritis and that reduces the odds of success. Too many years climbing trees for me, now I'm paying for it.
