Ported heads/big cams affecting braking?

I have a similar issue. My 'stang was stock until I added the mutha thumpr cams, cai, gear and LTs. I drove the car for months w/o ever using the A/C. Once I started using the A/C, occasionally the brakes stiffen up and i have to push really hard to the floor to come to a rolling stop. I have almost rear-ended people a couple of times over the past year. I figured it was an issue with the cams and vacuum. I was going to ask American Muscle to up the drive idle rpms to see if that helps...any suggestions?

You can adjust the idle rpm's via your Xcal.

That depends on if AM unlocked that function on his tune. I don't know what AM unlocks and what they lockout on their tunes.
