Have an 06 GT with a procharger p1sc at 10# boost. Am I right in thinking the 3.4" pulley would be the right one to move into the 11-13 # range?
Figured one of the procharger owners here would know.
Also, do I need to change belts and brand\model, or length?
Thanks.

A 3.4 made 12 psi on my stock motor. That is also the amount of boost it took to window my block.

Do you have a built block? There is a thread here with the belt lengths you need.

Dont know about the other pulleys but I know a 3.4 uses a 68" belt. Gates part number K080680 if you're running a 8 rib setup on the stock Procharger damper.

What size pulley are you running now? My P1SC1 with a 3.70 made around 10-11 psi then switched to a 3.40 and made about 13-14 psi on a stock motor. This is with the 7.5" crank pulley IIRC.

I guess I did have LT and an xpipe when I had my 3.7 at 12 psi. It hit about 13 when the air was cold and that's when the stock SB went.

Same here. LT's and H-pipe and 3.7 was making right at 12PSI of boost. I too blew my first motor like that. Stuck another stock motor in it and been running it ever since. Currently about 50K miles on the 2nd motor

Was that with the stock Procharger power pipe? And the stock crank pulley is 6.875" right?

I am making 9.7psi on a p1sc with a 4.13" pulley. Longtubes, o/r x pipe and hot rod cams. Stock heads and intake manifold.

That was with the Procharger HO kit, ATI balancer with Procharger 7.50 crank pulley IIRC. It was this kit:

and this crank pulley

I had the 3.70 pulley most of the time and it made 10-11 psi, I had the 3.40 for just a few months before I decided to sell everything and redo my combo but it made about 13-14 psi, maybe would spike to 15 psi for a second or two. Come to think of it I had an FRPP intake and Cushman Motorsports NSR cams with the 3.40 pulley also. Always had LT's and O/R H-pipe.
