Just this morning, I downshifted to 3rd at 70 to pass a truck and my car kicked sideways about 3 feet. Luckily DSC was on an pulled the gas instantly, but scared the hell out of me. It's never done that and I guess it was the cold tires.

I think we all get pretty confident given our cars are performance cars, but something like this should stick in all of our minds.

Sorry if asked already, but is that on Trinity blvd by chance?

I just wanted to let everyone know that malachis mom has seen all the comments and I appreciate all of you staying on topic.. She doesn't want to know details or see pictures of the crash so I was reading ahead for her to make sure she didn't accidently stumble on anything. We spent hours reading comments on tons of websites. I think it really helped her to see how big of a positive impact he made on peoples lives.
This is just a short glimpse into his life. This played at his funeral. We did everything the way he wanted.

Not that I know of. I know we had wrist bands at his funeral that people were donating to and a few tattoo places were taking donations for her that wanted 826 tats. She said all of his funeral cost have been covered and more. As for kyle im not sure I haven't seen anyone post anything or say anything about it when I have gone up to see him.

Man, Chris I am extremely sorry to see that this happened. I haven't been around the forums much, or really dealt with anything Mustang related around the area in a while. Sorry it's so late. I wish I could of made it out to the funeral, that's for sure. Malachi was definitely a stand up person, and was good to me like he was others. Let me know if you need anything at all.

This definitely saddens me to hear, and definitely praying for your friends recovery and for Malachi's family in this situation. I was just out last night doing rain shenanigans in an S197, and this definitely makes me pause and think that perhaps I should be more careful.
