Silicon coupler for GT500/BBK 62mm throttle body?

Anyone here running a turbo system on a 4.6L 3V with a GT500 or BBK 62mm twin throttle body? I need a silicon coupler that will fit over those throttle bodies and attach to the On3 turbo pipe. I can't seem to find a 5" to 3" coupler anywhere. Suggestions please...

Bbk 62 can use a 4.25" or 4.5". Gt500 60 has a larger bellmouth and needs 5". Its typically a custom order for the later.

Generally silicone reduction couplers reduce no more than an inch you might have to order one or use two in a step down type method, but that seems sketchy depending on how much pressure you're running.

Only running 6 PSI right now but I'm going to move to 13 to 15 PSI next year after I rebuild the bottom end with stronger components.
