Define "low" as it applies here. I've seen the pan on cars lowered 2" and there were no problems.

I am down 1.5" and my exhaust drags on speed bumps, I am crawling under the car tomorrow to do some welding so I am going to take some clerence measurements. Things are probably OK, but I hate to buy stuff and can't use it, so I am a little cautious.

I have the Steeda cooler but have not had time to install it. I need to fabricate some brackets etc. so it is on hold for now. Most of the TC makers say it's not necessary wih a 3K TC.

But as far as I am concerned they make these for a reason and I am going with it anyway, and I am getting a trans temp gauge too.

do you have a part number, I have been looking for a trans cooler, I bought the FRPP one but it was only for the 1994-2004 Autos the lines were to small

I think it is the same one. It is actually a universal that I was under the impression was specificaly for the S197. It's in a plain white box the only identificationis the number 4454.

This will work but I need to fabricate some brackets first.
