You won't find any official, Ford-approved procedure, if that's what you're asking.
But there aren't too many ways of loosening a few fasteners so you can slip one plate relative to the other.
Worst case for a DIY'er without the slip plates found on professional alignment racks (or a good substitute), measure cambers, jack car up to take load off the plates (so they'll slide easier), move adjustment in the desired direction, lower the car, roll it back a few feet, return to the same spot, and re-measure. Rinse and repeat. You shouldn't have to fully tighten the nuts until you've arrived at your final settings, just snug them up a bit.
