Vortech winter warning...

I live in Texas so this won't be a problem except for three or four days a year, but is this a valid warning? Like, has this ever actually happened to anyone? Or is it just a CYA move by vortech?

I've never had a problem. It's 25 here today and I started the car for the first time in a month to let it run and keep the battery charged, and everything was running fine

I live in TX also. I have seen some days in the lower 30s. I just let it run for a good 10 minutes before I think of taking of. Hell I drove it Sunday with it snowing and freezing rain. On my DR's.

Really? I didn't know that. I suppose it has something to do with the metal parts of supercharger's impellers expanding/contracting at different rates and potentially causing damage?

So with that in mind... basically every mustang topic beyond totally custom builds has been discussed, so we shouldn't have any conversation on here at all? I'm not some asshole newbie asking what cold air intake is the best... and it's not in the tech section. Give me a fucking break man.

I just see the mods on here jumping on folks pretty quick about common things like they're supposed to know that you've said it a thousand times. I use the search function time and time again. And I spend thousands of dollars in the classifieds here too. I'm not some butt hurt noob, y'all just frustrate me when the one fucking time I don't use the search feature, you're right on it. I'm saying give ME a break because I'm not some fucking noob on here or on other forums and I try to contribute. I'm an accountant, it's tax season, and I'm pressed for time, so I posted a quick question and people are responding to it giving me good answers that apply to me here in Texas. I just don't get why that's a problem. One person even had to comment about not being aware of this, so maybe I saved him four grand by asking a question.

You can get mad if you want, but it's just real shit that y'all are pretty consistent about jumping on folks that are trying to be a part of the mustang community and that makes no sense to me.

I get it that you don't want a thousand "what exhaust should I get" threads, but come on man.
