Very nice. Looks like great craftsmanship by a true craftsman.
Thank you so much, I am/ have been very fortunate, I enjoy what I do!
When can you start?
A team effort between my lovely wife and I, the backyard "highways" are done, giving us full access around the house, to the oil and propane fillers, to the generator, the deck, the catio, and the compost bin. Every box is checked.
Thankfully we haven't had to do this yet. But looks to be coming within the next few days.

Reminds me of my youthful MN days...nothing beats a good 'ol AM snow blowing to get the blood flowing.
Got a new present to help cut wood on the property
Had the HVAC worked on. We have a 3 zone system and zones 1 & 2 were overheating -- got up to 76 degrees and climbing. When we installed the new system in 2018 we had to replace the dampers for 1 & 2. The only one that was properly installed and working was for zone 3. Of course, now zone 3 damper failed and has to be replaced.
So $480 for parts and labor to fix it so that when zone 3 calls for heat it doesn't overheat 1 & 2 because the dampers default to open when the thermostat is satisfied. With zone 3 failure it closes and the heat has to go somewhere. I've been up in the attic to release zone 3 a couple of times while waiting for the parts.
Finally finished the deck railing.
I had one side of the stairs left to do, and today I finished it up.
So nice to finally have it FINISHED !!
And yes, that's the cats' "catio" next to it, their own little palace they hang out in.
Looks great and cold
Yes, it's both, lol
Used my timber jack yesterday
Visitors. They come everyday.
New garage lights! 4 ft. LED work lights from Harbor Freight. Previously there were two light sockets and a 1960's fluorescent fixture on the front wall. To say it's better is an understatement...
Love HF store, they have everything. Awesome lighting upgrade...seeing all the nooks/crannies can be enlightening, literally.
Is that an I-beam by your hood? I'd have a trolley and hoist on that sucker.
