That really depends on the surface that you're laying it on. If it's all level and stuff then it isn't too bad.

You could probably go to Lowes or HD and take a "tile class".

Floor tile is easy I layed the kitchen and just got done with the tile in the bathroom floor. The hardest part is cutting around the corners and so on

I hung a picture on the wall...

So while I am not really an art guy, there are a few artists who I think do some pretty amazing work. Fabian Perez is my favorite painter. I saw his work for the first time when I was at Dominick's in Scottsdale for my birthday a couple years ago. His paintings are all over the walls in there, and I asked the gal at the reception desk who the artist was. Then I looked him up online and saw all his work. I can't come close to affording an original ($20,000+ for most of his stuff), but I've been watching eBay and other art dealers for a couple years trying to find a reasonable price on a giclee that was already stretched and framed. I didn't want to spend a grand just to have one mounted.

I found this one over the weekend, and it was local. I went to the guy's house today and negotiated him down a bit. I absolutely love it.

Now we just want to do the concrete floor stain and I wanna put baseboards around. Also got to help my wife's dad build a work bench in place of that table.

^^^Nice!

Here are some pictures of my painted garage and the epoxy floor. Came out great. Just need to tint garage door class to keep down heat. Also going to hang some pictures/banners and install base molding.

The master bath is finally ready for paint and then everything else can go in, the glass guy also came and measured for the door and side glass. They also hooked up the new ac and heat unit yesterday and I put on my thermostat.

Shower looks real good man. Can't wait til we can redo ours.

I went ahead and ordered our tile yesterday. Chose the one in the last pic of tile I posted. Dark brown/black. Gets delivered on Tuesday, which is the day me and my wife leave to Los Angeles for our trip to Italy. My wife's uncle said he'd do the work for us while we are gone and will be done before we get back. That way we don't have to worry about the mess or anything and can enjoy our anniversary. Have to go buy the grout and thinset this weekend and maybe I'll start helping by pulling out all the laminate flooring we have in here on Monday. Can't wait foe the change.

What opener is that? I just installed a liftmaster 8500, but I haven't used any of the features

It's a Chamberlain LW5000EV (LW=Lowes) Whisper Drive unit. Belt driven. 3/4 hp motor. Electronic wall display. Battery backup. I like it.

The master bath is finally ready for paint and then everything else can go in, the glass guy also came and measured for the door and side glass. They also hooked up the new ac and heat unit yesterday and I put on my thermostat.

What model thermostat is that?

Painted the guest bedroom so we can convert it into a sewing room for my gal. Now we can turn the loft into a Mustang hang out. You know diamond plate electrical switch plates and outlet covers metal Mustang signs all over the place. Pictures of our his and hers Mustangs in various states of build over the years :)
