??? N/A car? Heck no....Built 11:1 stroker iron block, FRPP stage 2 heads, comp 127300 cams, Edelbrock E-force supercharger running E85. I have a feeling if I turned the boost up I would have no problems going into the 9's....

On the lowest possible boost pulley (3.875") which made 6-8psi the car ran 10.98 two weeks ago and one pulley down from that (3.5") which was 8-10.5psi of boost it went 10.64... I race in the Super Pro class at my local dragstrip and need it as consistent as possible..there is too much slack in the drivetrain with a locker which allows the car to rock a bit when staging it and sitting on the trans brake.

Also, the spool weighs a bunch less than the locker so that is an added bonus.

He was paying me back. While testing coils on an '87 Fiero, he was sitting in the trunk over the engine while I was in the passenger compartment ready to turn the ignition and I watched an MSD coil energize him. Zap-zap-zap. I laughed so hard...

To this day he won't hold any wire I ask him to... smart boy!

My dad did the same shit to me when I was about 9 with a lawnmower! LOL

And I used to have that Fiero sickness too.

Okay...I didn't see all that in your sig so I wondered.

***11:1, 7L2E iron block, FRPP stage 2 heads, manley flat top pistons, comp 127300 cams 6* retard, FRPP 4.10's, MT 275 Pro's on racestars. J&M LCA's, JPC rod end UCA. Kooks 1 3/4" LT's with 3" O/R H. 10.259 @ 134.5 (old engine). Tuned by Lito from TUDYNO. ***

I spent a ton of money and have big boost to go that fast in a bonafied street car and this guy is going that fast N/A? I was crushed. LOL.

How do you like those new M/T's? I have hoosier 325/50/15 DR's and I am planning on going to the new M/T's but they are a full 2" narrower...

Fabman, get the MT 275 Pros. They hook great, no worries about width. Contact patch is almost 11" wide and they bite great.

What Pressure do you run in them?

This weekend we had about 18-20 lbs in them. Ran them on two cars, mine and Justin's wife's 2011 auto GT. She was cutting a 1.50 sixty foot leaving off an idle and running 10.2@134. Her best on Sunday was a 9.7 but I didn't see the time slip. They are too tall for my gearing and my times sucked but they absolutely do not slip.

The new MT pro's work very well...I was running the M&H 325/50/15's before and I would say that these MT pro's hook just as well. On the test day two weeks ago the track prep was garbage and I only spun one time...on the 10.64 run that was a 1.49 60' too. And fyi, they fit fine on a 10" wide rim.

The only reason I switched to them from the M&H's was cost...I absolutely loved my M&H's but they are sooo damn expensive.

That was the other thing I was looking at, they are a half inch taller than my Hoosiers. You are 373's/stick right? I'm 4:10's/auto trans

The auto has a stupid short 1st gear, almost too short. My 1st gear is 2.97 so it's a tall setup. You'll be fine.

I love my hoosiers and the price is right. I'm looking to leave at a higher RPM and right now I can't do it.
I was told that the M/T's were better biters.
If they are about the same it doesn't pay me to throw these away.

Yeah, the car clicks off 3 gears really quick....but then 4th gear is so long I worry about making the gear taller with those tires.
