What have you done to your mustang today?

The thickest one they had at autozone was an 7.93mm (5/16") and with that it clears the calipers but it's paper thin clearance. Which I'm not comfortable running.

Just backing down and going with 20x9 instead.

I confirmed with Cjponyparts 3x that they would fit but unfortunately they didn't.

Also no hub centric rings were included.

On the broken belt, I'm gonna say you have the sequence of events wrong. I suspect the idler bearing died first which lead to the pulley cutting the timing chain cover and finally causing the belt to break.

I'd say you're probably right. I was also trying out a new tensioner this year and broke about 4 belts already which never happened with my other tensioner. I was really wanting this to work since this tensioner reduced belt slip and increased my boost... A little over 17 psi with a Saleen blower on my stroked engine. The excess tension probably wore out that idler and made that mess. Costly mistake. Going to be about $400 to fix it.

o2sys, I have (4) 5mm spacers I can give you a good deal on if that is what you need? Just took them off my car as I went with wider wheels and don't need them any more.

I wanted the wheels closer to the fender... always felt the factory wheels were too small for the size of the wheel well. Picked up the spacers to push the wheels outward.

No vibrations and the lugs had enough thread?

I am starting to look into new wheels myself, but I would like my stock rears out a tad more in the meantime. How much you want for them shipped?

Its not a huge difference as it is only 3/16" but every little bit helps. With the gap being so small the lugs worked just fine and I had no issues. The only complaint (if you can call it that...) is that the holes in the spacers are oblong so before tightening the wheel down completely I reached through the wheel and centered the spacer. I doubt it makes a difference but I am OCD with things like that. how about $20 shipped for all 4.

Today I finally put on the steeda economy CMDP's I got for $40. After seeing the charge motion plates I took out, I ordered a JLT catch can. Man it was nasty in there!

Not exactly what I've done today - just paid for it is all - but the replacement engine was delivered today. So should be back on the road next week. Then just have to figure out why the Hellion system keeps overboosting and blowing engines, then convince my wife we figured it out and won't blow up engine #3.
