I don't regret any of my NA mods even though I eventually supercharged the car. It took me a while to pay it off and I enjoyed the benefits from those cheaper mods during the time it took to payoff. Some of them even got to stick around afterwards like the driveshaft and the last set of wheels I got.

I've lost more money on wheels/tires than anything else by far.

My CAI cuz now I'm supercharging my car....-__-

you are one of the few though that did it almost right though, most of us bought every NA mod you can do then relized it is just smarter to blow the car in the first place.

i will be smarter on my next car, Twin screw and suspension. done....maybe. haha

I regret doing cams, CAI, UDP's. Because now I want to go turbo or get supercharger and I just wasted all that money that could have been put towards a used kit.

And when I get a supercharger or turbo I have to take the cams out and either put stock ones back in or put the supercharger kind in. FUCK!!!! LOL!!

^^^agreed. Would be alot more helpful than the typical asshat dbag that bitches at newer members to search in an ahole type of a way or directs them to mustangforums. That just pisses me off. If a newer member post a muffler question either help the member or stfu and move along to the next thread, no need in being a dbag b/c at the end of the day we are all people that have a common interest that are just seeking help to the best products so they dont waste their money.

Agreed 100% this needs to be a sticky named "what mods do you regret, newbies have a look ;)"

Silver Horse Inserts

I regret the Silver Horse Inserts. I had just cut out the honey combs in the lower grill and was trying to figure out how to cut a OEM grill to fill in the openings in the lower grill when I saw an ad for the SH inserts. I bought them on a brain fart. 25 shows and twice that in cruises and not one person ever noticed the mod. $60 shot in the buttski.

No. For one reason. Noobs don't read the stickys anyways.

Besides, they need to get a little hazing up front. It sets the tone for how the forum operates.

Sure it may scare some people away, but if they don't have thick enough skin to deal with a little hazing, they'll never survive here.

Darwinism at it's best.
