What was that? Shift

First to second spun a little but ok 5,800 rpms, second to third shift hard spun a little still ok 6,000 rpms, third to fourth 6,200 rpms spin a little, tires grab and then a bog down to 4k sluggish as I pulled up. Tried again and all was ok. Any ideas besides I hit the rev limiter when the tires caught? Street tires, stock auto.

Sounds like the TC but I'm surprised it didn't kick in before in previous gears

I forgot to turn mine off the one run sunday but as soon as I let it rip in the burn out box the tc shut it down.

Street tires, auto trans and the OD was off as was the TC. I hit it at 20mph, lit up the tires and as it grabbed it never went to 6k and it shifted at 5,800 and spun again and then even though I never really got the tires under it in second then spun and ran hard to 6k and hit at 80mph in third chirp spin was harder than ever before (chirp was common) , nothing on the street and it acted like it was calling it quits (Bog) so I lifted.

I ran it again and it did not do it again right after.

So today I gave it another go, same as before but tires spun hard and it went into third and when the tires grabbed it bogged again but in third as the rpms went down while the tires grabbed. I looked at the TC but it was still off and the light was not flashing as it normally does when in is left on.

Checked for codes but nothing showed up. I don't know if I subconsciously lifted so I don't know if it is because of me.

I guess I will find out if it is me as I will be going to the track on sat.

I wondered if it was the fuel that is coming up short but that should throw a code?
