I would say that $17K is high. Giving the benefit of the doubt that there is nothing wrong with the car mechanically or cosmetically (inside and out), book resale (private individual to private individual) value is only $15k

depends on the person buying it! something is only worth what someone is willing to pay point blank...... example: for my 05 gt bone stock with 41k miles in august 09 i paid $15,500 the asking price on mine was 18k. i think in time if the right buyer comes along wanting your exact car he would pay 17k but it might sit for a while IMHO if you are wanting to sell quick the price should be a little lower but less negotiable

$13,499.99. Based on condtion and miles, if there were more miles i would say less. Were talking private party sale here, everyone knows dealers and autotraders tack on $2-3k to the price to make money and to let you think you talked them down.

Paid 18K out the door for a Ford Certified (100k POWER TRAIN) 07 Windveil Blue GT with 35K miles 7 months ago from stealorship. Leather Premium Package w/shaker and dual power seats.
So they might have had 14K into it. Original price was 19.5 + ttl until they let me think I talked em down.

Seems kind of low but thanks for the response. I really hope I can get more then $13,500 for it. Also, I'm not sure what you mean based on the condition... Its had all required maintenance checkups including one with in the last 1000 miles. Theres no scratches, dents, rips, stains, and it has a clear title. Even the mileage would be considered low for being 6 years old.

37k......post it for $18.5 and let someone think they talked you down to their price.37k on a 6yr old car is not bad at all....Never post what your bottom dollar is.When I bought my windviel 05 it had 51k and I paid around 15k.

I worked at Ford for a year in sales and still see alot of the guys around , after hearing about sales all the time i would say with the way everything is right now , I would expect anywhere from 15k - 16k to the right buyer . But if that doesnt happen im sure it would move pretty quick at 14,500

Yeah I'm starting to believe I can probably get $14,500+ for sure, but I think I'll let it sit for awhile and see if I get any takers. After all, I bought the Run-till-it-sells ad from autotrader. I have plenty of time!

That sounds reasonable. I bought mine in Oct, 06 GT 16k miles for $15,600 from a dealer. I worked them hard, it had been on their lot for 4 months. Very good condition too. I feel I got a great deal.

If it does sell can you post up what it sells for? I'm thinking about selling my 05 since I never really drive it. It has all the same options as yours but only 12,500 miles on it. If I could get $15k it would be gone tomorrow.
