Besides Paxton, who call it a 4PCS016-160 PULLEY, IDLER, SRT10 TRUCK.
Does this mean its a stock idler pulley from an SRT-10?

its a bearing mounted pulley that redirects the belt through the supercharger bracket.

Is it just a smooth or ribbed pulley? Have a pic? I have a decent sized collection of pulleys that accumulated over the years.

Are you looking for the one from the vortech/paxton 3v kits?

Edit: googling the part number it looks like it goes to both kits. Summit has it for $28, which is the cheapest I found.

Ok so the "replacement" I ordered showed up today and its a hair smaller. Original pulley is 3.55" diameter, 1" deep and has a bearing diameter of .665". The new pulley is 3" diameter, 1.2" deep and has the same bearing size. Where can I order pulleys by size?

You should be able to order by mm. 3.55" would be 88.75mm. Probably a 90mm idler.

I might have a 90mm 6 rib smooth idler pulley laying around. normal 2005 ford mustang bearing size.

Start looking at rockauto. I can't remember the breakdown in part numbers but I do remember that it's not difficult to decode. Navigator pulleys for 8 rib and Mustang for 6 rib size. Your 1" would be for a 6 rib size iirc.

You could also start looking at gates.com or even summit. I know I was able to figure it out with some internet searching. I did just look at my pulley collection and all I could find was a 76mm (3") smooth idler. I could swear I have some larger ones in the boxes but I can't find them anywhere.

yeah i just went out and measured it again, 90.1 mm. definitely a 6 rib/ 1"/ 25mm depth. 17mm bearing diameter. im going to see what google turns up, but im getting a lot of billet and vmp stuff and im not paying $60 for an idler pulley nobody can see.
