Will it go 10's?

I will be taking V6 Shelby 2 hrs up north to run it in the 1/4 mi. DA is est. to be around 1600'-1800'. Car will be full trim on Bogarts est. weight with me in it is 3875 lbs. Power mods Pulley/Intake and a auto trans. Stock exhaust from the manifolds to the mufflers.

You going to Famoso for TNT this Saturday? With my 67 stang I ran a 7.047 @ 100 mph at LACR--and that ended up being a 10.98---so my guess is you will be in the 10.90's also.

I think you are in that territory. That 1/4 mile time you have is not indictive of what your car can really do. I remember that weekend, the DA sucked, it was hot, and on Saturday there was a 15 mph headwind.

I think with a Whipple or KB it would go easy 9's. I am not going to spend $6k for that though.....
