WTB (northern VA area): Catted X pipe for lt's.

Need an emissions test done soon. Anyone have a catted X pipe that will hook up with Hooker long tubes? The ends of the X pipe cannot have flanges (needs to be a slip fit in order to hook up to my collectors).

Willing to meet up to most parts of VA, MD, PA, DC, or WV.
