X-pipe install problem

Ok so i ordered my mid pipe and installed it about a month ago, when i installed it i noticed my stock mid-pipe off of my car ('11 GT 5.0) had the studs mounted to the mid-pipe side of where the mid connects to the exhaust header and the nut side is on the header side. now the mid-pipe (O/R Xpipe from S&H Performance) doesnot have studs on it ? and neither do any of the other after market 5.0 mid-pipes. Jeremy at S&H Performance and I have come to the conclusion that i have a one of a kind exhaust. my car was stock and never modded before i bought it. Has this been noticed by anyone else ? or do i really have a one of a kind stock car. anyways i went to autozone and bought the required hardware to finish the job.

The stock midpipe on my 2011 had studs. So does the one on my 2012.....

yeah so why do all the after market ones come with out and no hardware ?

Doesn't Magnaflow's mid pipe have the studs mounted in it like the oem pipe?
