If you don't tape the plunger I would think the neutral rev limiter comes active when you push the clutch in to shift 1-2 & 2-3, etc. You shift at 6200 RPM or so the rev limiter will shut off fuel to bring it down to whatever the neutral rev limiter is set at - that's why it'll bog.
I tried this a couple years ago but didn't know (never even occurred to me) you had to tape the plunger. Car would die between shifts
I'm going to put it in again and tape the clutch switch. I have the PRP.

. Got it downloaded. Now my next question is so I adjust the neutral rev limit to adjust how high or low I want the 2 step to be correct?
