I have some tricks left ;) But at this point in the game it's getter harder to come up with weight saving solutions and idea's :thud:

Man oh man.. I am guessing removing the glass windows? CF body panels? lol I don't know what else you could do.

Can't wait to see this fricken thing running at Bradenton! :beerchug2:

Matt, you are making great progress. Clearly a lot of hard work! The freshly painted floor looks great and I really like your tin foil masking trick.

Dry carbon (hood, doors, trunk, fenders ) will reduce some serious weight, but probably cost more than the new motor. I am going with Wet Carbon fiber of all of the above in Aug which will still save about 150lbs or more.

Matt, have you cutout the floor of the trunk space with the spare tire and all of that shit and made just one flat peice? Seems like it would reduce a few pounds.

Do you mean using a Coyote shortblock with 3v heads? If so, the answer is no. The Coyote block is not compatible with any heads besides the 5.0 heads.

Yes I do and I was afraid of that. Dang it. Well, as long as I can have a full list of parts and the procedure needed to "make it all work" fine. W/e it takes.
