If thats true you need a smaller fuel cell.

The differnce is 15lbs knocked off going to a manual rack.

Have your driven other S197s with a manual rack? If so, whats it like? Do you have to have Popeye forearms to handle it? I know youre a straightline guy, but how does that affect handling? Is the ratio quicker or slower?

Well... Ive been driving my 05 with no power steering since I bought it over 2 years ago lol.... I just by passed the pump with a shorter belt. So for me im already use to it

im not a big guy but I have no issues without power steering. The skinnys make it eaiser but ive driven some with 17" rims too.

Im sure road racing wouldn't be nice without power steering

Same lol.... I feel my 2.5" exhaust is a restiction... chamber mufflers.. now full 3" straight through no restrictions what so ever with the big cans out back

If I can 5hp or more I will be happy
